Philosophy

Languages are as different as the people who speak them and as varied as are their speakers' customs and mores. The translation process is therefore not simply a question of transposing a text, word by word, from one language into another. It is far more a process of rewriting, of recreating a text in a new language, taking full account of the cultural differences and of the current linguistic trends in the country of its readers.

This is why Puretrans works exclusively with native-language translators, the majority of whom, with a few, well-founded exceptions, are resident in their native country and with whose work we are well acquainted.

We can find the right translator for you, one who will process the content of your diverse documentation in such a way that it will be correctly understood in the target country and thus make a valuable contribution to the introduction of your product into a foreign culture.

"Top quality" is something promised all too readily by many of the "leading" service providers. Our aim is rather more concrete, namely, that you should be entirely satisfied with our work and that our relationship is built on a platform of long-term confidence. It is this, and this alone, that is the measure of the quality we provide. We make no promises that we cannot keep. Our policy is to listen and to understand precisely what your aims and objectives are for each individual project. This is one of the main responsibilities of our project managers.

Managing a translation project is not simply a question of providing quality work on time but, and most importantly, of selecting just the right specialist for your particular project and then of establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with you. Without the qualified and motivated staff, capable of this level of service you, as the client, will not receive consistently high-quality work over the long term.

In our high-tech, rapidly changing world, close personal relationships are still the best guarantor of results - and this is where our emphasis lies.
